Nicole qualified with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from the Curtin University of Technology in Western Australia) in 2010, gaining a first class distinction.
Having worked within the dental profession for 7 years in Australia, Nicole is passionate about providing preventive dentistry to the highest level. Her kind, caring and gentle approach has helped to improve the oral health of her patients.
While dentists concentrate on treating teeth and gum conditions, Nicole plays a vital role in helping to prevent dental problems from arising.
Nicole performs procedures including professional cleaning known as prophylaxis, scaling and root planning for patients with periodontal disease, taking of prescribed radiographs, placing dental sealants, local anaesthesia, administration of fluoride, and providing instructions for proper oral hygiene and care.
In addition, to helping maintain a healthy mouth, Nicole takes particular care of patients who are having dental implants, cosmetic procedures and orthodontic (braces) treatment.
Nicole is also able to carry out most teeth whitening procedures at Sparkle.
"Prior to Dentistry I worked in the beauty industry and I think that this has put me in a good position to understand the benefits of having a beautiful, healthy smile.
Dental and oral health is an extremely important part of overall wellness and I enjoy educating patients and love to see the huge benefits my patients feel in having a healthy smile.
Outside of work, I love London living, especially theatre and eating out. Travel is another passion and Italy is a favourite destination and Italian food, a favourite cuisine. What I miss about home is long walks along the beach and Toby and Winnie, my dogs.
